Paul Erik Andersen

Director of Container Services

Paul Erik Andersen has been working as Director for Container Services in Brigantine Group of companies since October 2004. Paul entered the maritime industry in 1978 through the A. P. Moller - Maersk Shipping School where he graduated in June 1980. After graduation Paul has worked in several positions covering operations, terminals, sales, administration, procurement and chartering. His career has taken him to many exotic places mainly in Asia; Thailand, Hong Kong, Korea, Mozambique and China. He is currently based in Yantian, Shenzhen, China from where he travels throughout Asia. His internationally diverse career within shipping enables him to successfully work with customers, suppliers, and business partners from all corners of the globe, and to lead the Container Services division of the Brigantine Group to new heights. Paul is also serving as Board Director in six companies.


Jack Zhang

General Manager of Marine Services

Jack Zhang was first appointed as General Manager of Business Development in February 2008. Jack entered the maritime industry upon his graduation from Dalian Maritime University in 1993. Jack's diverse career in shipping industry as an engineer with Minghua Container ships, in the offshore oilfield industry under Baker Hughes, USA and in the Automation & Drives industry under Siemens, spanning the globe from Shenzhen, to the United States, to Canada, to Europe, and back to China. Jack's MBA from Webster University in 2003, has further developed his ability to work successfully with customers and colleagues from all backgrounds around the world. Jack current serves as Director of the Board for three companies.


Samantha Chen Stokes,

General Manager of Yard Equipment Maintenance

Samantha joined Brigantine as a General Manager in April 2007, heading up the Maintenance and Repair Services division specializing in Container Terminal Handling Equipment. Apart from her MBA qualification, Samantha has worked within the technical service industry for over 16 years, specializing in project management, marketing, operations and general management. Having worked in Shenzhen China, Perth Australia, Aberdeen UK and St. John's Canada, she has been exposed to various business functions and industries. Her international experience and business background has helped her gain significant business insight and understanding on a global scale.


Cammy Chan,

General Manager of Trading/Procurement/Quality, Health & Safety, Security, Environment

Cammy Chan is the General Manager of Trading/Procurement/Quality, Health & Safety, Security, Environment in Brigantine Group. Cammy joined Brigantine in 1994 in Human Resources, and developed her career in Logistics, Shenzhen Branch Management, Container Services, and Productivity Enhancement Projects. During her versatile career span within the Group, she has accumulated invaluable experience in understanding industry practices and key stakeholders. Cammy has a Master's Degree of Logistics and Operations from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Australia, and a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is now a member of the board for Shenzhen and Shanghai companies.


Lawrence Lee (Larry)

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lee joined in the Brigantine and was appointed as group CFO in April 2009. Prior to the Brigantine, Mr. Lee held various strategy and financial leadership positions with global 500 MNCs in pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic and service industries in the US, China, Thailand, Hong Kong, etc. Mr. Lee received his LLM from the Delaware Law School, MBA Degree from the Thunderbird Business School and advanced CFO training from the Wharton Business School in the US. His diverse leadership and expertise in strategy, finance, accounting, audit, legal and administration enable Mr. Lee successfully to be a business partner and undertake the challenges of the Brigantine Group CFO. Mr. Lee current serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for three subsidiaries and Director for one subsidiary.
